Request policy


  •       Brilliant Boutique Abayas are made to order, and there are no abayas ready for immediate delivery unless advertised, taking into account that tailored products cannot be exchanged or returned if the specifications match the order specifications.
  •      After completing the order and the order status changes to “in progress”, the customer is not entitled to change the order specifications or sizes as it is considered to be in the tailoring stage.
  •    It takes 6-15 working days to tailor abayas, and the order period may increase during seasons or in the event of pressure on orders or emergency circumstances in the production line.
  •     Brilliant Boutique has the right to cancel the order in some cases, for example, but not limited to, if the product you wish to purchase is not available or if it turns out that the order is from unknown sources or is suspected of fraud.
  •      Delivery is within and outside the Eastern Province with the shipping company shown on the website.
  •      Shipping outside the Kingdom is done with a shipping company that is suitable in terms of price and weight. The customer may be charged customs fees according to the customs pricing in the customer’s country.



Note: The order execution period means the period for tailoring the abaya, and when the customer receives a notification that the order has been completed, this means that it is ready for shipping.
