Shipping and delivery


  •       The order is delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the period specified by the shipping company and chosen by the customer.


  •     Brilliant Boutique cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from shipping.


  •     Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment due to the transportation company is considered outside the responsibility of Brilliant Boutique.


  •     Brilliant Boutique disclaims any responsibility to track the product and order upon shipment and issue a tracking number by the shipping company

The customer becomes primarily responsible for monitoring and tracking the shipment with the carrier company.


  •     The customer will bear the cost of shipping the order for the second time if the order is returned to the boutique by the shipping company due to:

o The customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated postponement by the customer.

o An error in the data contained within the shipping bill filled out by the customer before completing the order.



  •       If the customer wishes to refund the amount, only the product amount will be transferred, excluding shipping fees, within 10 working days
